Krishnakumar Natarajan, popularly known as KK, has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry and a respected industry veteran in the global IT sector. He is one of the co-founders of MINDTREE, a global information technology solutions company, where he is currently the Executive Chairman. He was appointed as the Chairman of NASSCOM for the year 2013–2014. He was earlier a senior executive with Wipro and is an alumnus of XLRI.
KK graduated in 1979 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, India. In 1981, he completed his Master's in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in marketing and systems from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India.
KK started his career in Wipro and held various key positions there from 1982 to 1999. During this time, he started and grew the Ecommerce division as the Chief Executive of the Ecommerce and Financial Solutions Division from 1996 to 1999. He served as Group Vice President of Human Resources and also as Chief Marketing Officer for Wipro's IT business.
In August 1999, KK along with nine other businessmen in IT, co-founded Mindtree. In the early years of Mindtree, KK was instrumental in setting up the U.S. operations and played a key role in building the organization. He then drove Mindtree's expansion into Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, transforming Mindtree's IT services business. He is the Executive Chairman of Mindtree, and is responsible for ensuring high quality of governance throughout the organization.
KK is an Ex-Chairman of NASSCOM and chaired the 'emerging companies' forum. In this capacity, he worked towards bringing together large and emerging companies to make the Indian IT industry a globally competitive ecosystem.
KK is an active member of several professional industry organizations, such as the Manufacturer's Association for Information Technology (MAIT) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is a regular speaker at reputed conferences and is a faculty member at management schools worldwide.
The industry has honored KK with several awards, including the AIMA award for India's best young manager; Bloomberg UTV's award as the CEO of the year 2010 in the emerging company category; and Chief Executive Magazine's recognition as one of the twelve global leaders of tomorrow. Subinoy Banerjee has over 16yrs of experience in functional leadership roles, HR, M&A, International Compensation and Benefits in leading Multinational companies in the hi-tech and services sectors. Working with global multinational organization, he has demonstrated ability to learn, lead and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
Subinoy is leading C&B (Compensation and Benefits) for Dell in India since August 2012. As a C&B leader, he built a strong C&B team which is contributing in change management while the organization transforms from a public to private company and engages in mergers and divestiture. Currently he is engaged in Dell-EMC merger and divestiture of Services and Software business lines. He is a member of Global C&B leadership council at Dell and actively engages in various global projects, strategy and policy formulation. He is passionate about employee wellness and leads the formulation and implementation of India wellness strategy.
Prior to Dell, Subinoy was in a global C&B role leading Compensation and Benefits for EMC's Global Research and Delivery Centers in India, China, Russia, Israel, Egypt, Ireland & Durham NC. Noteworthy contribution during the tenure was forming C&B team, Integrating Ireland COE (Center of Excellence), setting up C&B for Egypt center, differentiated approach for emerging markets and developing key talent retention program. Additionally, he also had a corporate role of setting up and leading Global Market Intelligence organization supporting EMC worldwide.
Earlier, he has lead C&B, performance management and staffing functions for LG's software entity in India. He has actively played the role of HR point of contact between headquarters in Seoul and India center, facilitating implementation of various global initiatives. In the initial years of his career he worked in hospitality industry with Radisson and Hyatt group of hotels. Subinoy holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM, Kolkata and a Post Graduate Diploma from XISS, Ranchi.
In his leisure time Subinoy enjoys watching documentaries and travelling to new places, particularly road trips with his family.

Sunita R. Cherian is Senior Vice President – Group Human Resources at Wipro Limited. Her experience over the last two decades spans Sales, Human Capital Strategy, Sustainability, Diversity & Inclusion.
A Human Resources leader since 2000, Sunita helped shape the HR organization of Wipro Limited and has led some impactful change management initiatives. She has been the Business HR Head for various Divisions of Wipro, including a start-up unit where she designed and established the talent and leadership strategy. Her current responsibilities include developing a successful Talent Management Strategy, automation of HR Shared Services, designing Global Compensation and Benefits Plans, developing a healthy Leadership Pipeline, Board effectiveness, Organization Design Capability, Talent Assessments and an integrated Career Management Framework for Wipro.
Sunita has been a member of Wipro's Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee, is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, certified Master Coach and a Hogan specialist. She is a member of Wipro's Sustainability Council, Domain Council, DMTS Council and has headed its Diversity & Inclusion committee. She launched "Women of Wipro" a platform that transformed the pace of inclusion and empowerment of women employees and was awarded for its success. She was the Chair of NASSCOM National Diversity & Inclusion Council & a member of CII and Catalyst D&I Core Committee.

Navin J Vettamvelil leads the Compensation team for Cognizant Technology Solutions, India. As the compensation lead, he is responsible for the Ideation, Design & Execution of the compensation strategy that impacts a workforce of over 1.5 Lakh employees across India and Philippines.
He carries with him over 15 years of experience, most of which has been in the Human Resource Management arena. During the years, he has played a variety of roles spanning across Compensation, Performance management, Talent Management, HR Systems and Processes, HR Analytics and HR Technology.
During his career, he has worked across companies ranging from start-ups to mid-sized firms and large organizations across India and abroad. Ramesh Ranjan is the Vice President – HR Services at Schneider Electric India and is responsible for providing HR Shared Services support to all the Business Units of Schneider Electric in India covering around 13,000 employees for 8 Business Units across Sales, Manufacturing, R&D, IT, Customer care functions in India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Ranjan has worked in Leadership capacity in organizations like Caltex India, Praxair India, Co Systems India, Indian Herbs & ITI.
In a career spanning over 27 years, his experience is across multiple domains and sectors covering all facets of HR and People management including Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Performance Management, Competency Framework, Talent Development, Industrial Relations, Employee Engagement, HR Policies, HR Audits, HRIS, Acquisitions & Mergers etc both in India and globally.

Aruna is the Executive Director – Human Resources, Global Business Services, India. She has over 21 years of experience as HR Professional based in Banga-lore. Prior to this role, she was the Global Head of HR for the Automotive Busi-ness in Freescale Semi-condutors based in Austin Texas. She started her HR career in Digital Equipment Corporation and moved to Compaq computers during their acquisition of Digital. Moved to Motorola in 1999 to lead their Global Mobility function in India. She held several HR positions in Motorola, before moving with their divestiture of the semi-conductor business, Freescale.
Aruna has a Degree in Law & Post Graduation Degree in Science.
Her hobbies include traveling with her family to ancient historical sites. She is a strong proponent of working women and coaches and conducts sessions for working women. She also believes in Corporate Social Responsibility and works on a personal level with underprivileged children helping in their edu-cation.
A postgraduate from IMT Ghaziabad, Suman has around 17 years of consulting experience of which 10 years have been with Cerebrus. Prior to joining Cerebrus she was with AF Ferguson and Ernst & Young. Anita Ramachandran is the Founder of Cerebrus Consultants and a well known authority on Rewards.
Anita began her career in the Management Consultancy division of AF Ferguson & Co. in Mumbai in 1976 as the first woman consultant in the firm. In her nineteen years stint with AFF, she worked in various parts of the country and was finally a Director of the firm.
Anita founded Cerebrus Consultants in 1995 to focus on HR consulting including Organisation transformation. Her reputation and innovative work helped her build Cerebrus into a national presence in 5 years.
