MBA from Xavier Institute of Management with 23 years of varied Industry experience having handled the entire gamut of Human Resources function for both manufacturing and service sector.
Presently working with Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd as Group President- Human Resources to head their global human resources function for Emcure and its subsidiaries. Prior to that worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd for 10 years as Senior Vice President-HR and was instrumental in global scale up of their operations and M&A across various countries. Earlier assignments were with Vardhman Textiles, Oberoi and Radisson hotels.
