An alumnus of Symbiosis Pune and IIM Kozhikode, Daipayan Banerjee is an HR innovator who specialises in Business Transformation, building organisations and its culture by nurturing talent and leaders, . He is a thought leader with special interest in Strategic Interventions through HR to enhance Business Productivity.
He is currently heading the Human Resources and also part of the 'Core Group,' at Deeksha, which is a pioneer in innovative, tech driven & effective learning systems for schools and colleges.
Daipayan joined Deeksha in its early days, when it was about 200 people strong. He has played an integral role in building it to an almost 1000 strong family and one of the best organisation in the education services industry, in terms of People Practices.
His initiatives were instrumental in making Deeksha win the award of "Dream Companies to Work For in Education Sector" at the 'Global HR Excellence Awards 2018-19' organised by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia, in association with Economic Times Now. He was also recognised as one among the 'Top 101 HR Minds in India' at the same forum.
His industry leading innovations in terms of people practices resulted in Deeksha being recognised as a company with "Most Innovative HR Practices" at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress held in September 2019, where he also won the "Dr. Tarita Shankar Award for Excellence."
Daipayan was awarded as the "HR Leader of the Year - Education & Ed Tech Industry", at the Stars of the Industry Awards 2019, organised in association with News X.
