Anne is a dynamic HR professional with over 19 years of organizational experience in end to end Human Resources Strategy design and implementation management in various ITES, IT services and IT Product industries. Over her career span Anne has led mission critical projects in enabling & facilitating sustainable growth and excellence in HR service delivery, driving standardization of global processes & operating models across various businesses by designing people strategy in alignment with key business metrics in P&L, Utilization and CSAT. In her current role as HR Director of Adecco India, Anne is responsible for shaping Adecco India's HR transformation, with an extensive focus on business processes re-engineering, and driving organizational change management of Adecco's digital growth strategy.
Prior to joining Adecco, Anne served as the HR Head for D+H in Trivandrum (now Finastra - the world's third largest Fintech company). She has had extensive and insightful stints with multiple Fortune 500 organizations such as GE and RR Donnelley, managing Business Operations, Six Sigma, LnD prior to taking on a leadership role in HR.
Anne is a Gold Medalist in Psychology (Master's Degree) and is a certified Green Belt Practitioner. A diversity champion, she was elected the General Secretary to eWIT – Empowering Women in IT which won Azim Premji Diversity Award in 2019.
