He is currently Director, Human Resources for the Volvo Group in India. In his role he leads the strategy design and implementation forboth the Talent Management &the Total Rewards functions across the Volvo Group businesses in India. In addition to this, he is a Trainer for Emerging Leaders, Diversity & Inclusiveness Leadership and Developing High Performing Teams.
He has successfully led key Organizational Change Programs in the area ofHR Functional Transformation,HR Process Integration& Automation, Restructuring of Job Grades & Titles, Organization Rightsizing measures etc. and has worked in both regional and global roles.
He is on thepanel of CII People Excellence for Karnataka and the CII HR & IR Committee for the Southern Region, India. He is a speaker in various HR forums sharing his experience working in both the Talent Management and the Total Rewards area.
He is a Certified Rewards Professional, Certified Performance & Competence Development Professional and Design Thinking Practitioner. Prior to joining the Volvo Group, he has worked with companies such as Hinduja Global Solutions, Cambridge Solutions (now DXC Technology)and Godrej & Boyce. He has done his Bachelors in Computer Applications and Masters in Business Administration (Finance & HR).
