I congratulate you on the successful management and execution of the mammoth HR
congress with 60 international and 30 local speakers. I must say that there wasn’t a
single dull moment from morning till late evening dinners. Curt Coffman was superb
while other speakers were also equally gifted and knowledgeable.  Your selection of
speakers and conduct of the conference was nearly flawless. It was wonderful being
at the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in Mumbai, India last week. I enjoyed the event
which gave me great exposure to the International HR community. With political
stability back in sight in Pakistan after elections I eagerly look forward for the next
conference and more participants from Pakistan.

I spoke to many guests and representatives at the Congress and have made many
friends and professional contacts at the event last week. I am now thinking of organizing an International HR Conference in Pakistan and feel July 2008 is a good
time. I would like to invite you as a distinguished guest and a speaker at this event and look forward to your guidance and support in this regard. Please suggest if July sounds good to you? I have also written to some speakers I met at the Congress and

HRM Congress.  I was sorry not to meet you at the event – but was told you weren’t
well – so hope you are feeling OK again!

quite a few Indian companies have expressed interest in wanting me back for a full
length workshop. I told them to course their requests through you. I hope you follow
them up. what they can do to save on cost is that they will band together to look for
sponsors for my airfare, hotel ( any class will do ), and workshop fees. I can stay for
a week so that I can do as many workshops for as many clients.

ESSAR Group too may want to have me. Perhaps all those interested may get a copy
of the videotape of my Congress presentation so they have an idea how I conduct a
workshop.
