He has strong domain expertise in Organisation Development, Change Management, Performance Management, HR System set-up & Process Improvement, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition
design, Learning & Development, Resource Management and People Management.
He is currently Heading the Human Resources at Ace Creative Learning Pvt. Ltd. popularly known by its service line brand, Deeksha, which is a pioneer in innovative, tech driven & effective learning systems for schools and colleges.
Daipayan joined Deeksha7 years back, in its early days, when it was about 200 people strong. He has played an integral role in building it to an almost 1000 strong family and one of the best organisation in the education services
industry, in terms of People Practices. He is passionate about aligning every single resource to the organisation’s objective, creating a culture of “Performance Excellence” and maintaining “Joy” at work.
His initiatives were instrumental in making Deeksha with the award of “Dream Companies to Work For in Education Sector” at the ‘Global HR Excellence Awards’ organised by World HRD Congress & CHRO Asia, in February 2019. He was also recognised as one among the ‘Top 101 HR Minds in India’ at the same forum.
