Registration and payment must be made on or before due date.

A confirmation letter and invoice will be sent upon receipt of your registration. Please note that full payment must be received prior to the event. Only those delegates whose fees have been paid in full will be admitted to the event. Delegates bookings are transferable but cannot be cancelled.

Pictures and videos may be taken for future marketing and promotions.

You can pay by company Cheque or electronic funds transfer.

We highly recommend you secure your room reservation at the earliest to avoid last minute inconvenience.

If the nominated delegate is not able to attend; the registration can be transferred to a new delegate. However, to avoid confusion, please ensure the name of the substitute delegate is forwarded to us at least 5 working days prior to the event.
