Anouk De Blieck is General Manager Human Resources, Asia Pacific, Europe and America.

Based in Hong Kong, Anouk is responsible for delivering Human Resources strategies and initiatives to support the employment and development of APE&A’s workforce, ensuring we have the right people and culture to deliver our growth agenda.

Immediately prior to her current role, Anouk was Managing Director HR for Citibank’s Russian, Central and Eastern European business.

She spent 14 years with Citibank where she built an impressive career in numerous HR and business leadership roles in Europe and North America.

Prior to joining Citi, Anouk worked as a Sales and Training Consultant in the IT industry.

Anouk is Belgian and holds a BA in Pedagogy from College of Antwerp, and a Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University NY.

She speaks fluent English, French and Dutch.

Anouk joins ANZ on 1 October 2010.
